Richard is a career salesperson who, as of 2025, is entering his eighth year as a real estate agent. He was a three-time Masters Award winner with Century 21 before deciding to shift his business model and join a real estate team. He wanted to be part of a group that could elevate his clients’ experience by blending different strengths and skill sets.

After doing his research, he found The Tusch Group — a team known for mastering video and social media marketing. Combined with the skills he already brings, Richard believes his clients, both new and long-standing, now receive the best possible real estate experience. He’s never too busy and always open to connecting to see how he can help.

Outside of work, Richard enjoys chess, soccer, travel, and spending time with his son… most of the time.

Originally from Ottawa, he spent years living in Egypt, Pakistan, and Bangladesh before falling in love with southwestern Ontario. He has called London home for more than 20 years and is an active member of the German Canadian Football Club, The Tuscan Lodge, and WOFGPA.
